You will orchestrate complex initiatives spanning Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, AI and Data Product, bringing clarity to priorities, dependencies, risks and value. This is not traditional project management. You will combine strong execution discipline with enough understanding of data and technology to challenge constructively, unblock teams and keep everyone focused on outcomes rather than administration. If you enjoy bringing order to ambiguity without burying people in process, this is your role.
What Will You Do?
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Data and AI programmes and initiatives.
- Turn strategic roadmaps into clear plans, priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Product, Architecture and Technology.
- Bring transparency to scope, milestones, risks, issues and decisions.
- Remove blockers and create the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to do their best work.
- Establish agile and product-oriented practices that genuinely suit Data and AI delivery.
- Partner with Data Product Leads to balance roadmap priorities, capacity and business value.
- Give senior stakeholders a clear view of progress, risk and the decisions needed from them.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, prioritisation and delivery effectiveness.
- Keep teams focused on outcomes rather than activity.
About You:
Essential:
- Significant experience delivering complex Data, Analytics and AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern Data and AI delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile, product and modern delivery practices.
- Excellent programme planning, prioritisation and risk management.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
- A commercial mindset and a clear bias towards measurable outcomes.
Desirable:
- Experience within a global or multi-brand organisation.
- Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Experience introducing or improving delivery frameworks from scratch.
- A background in engineering, analytics or data product before moving into delivery leadership.
- Curiosity about travel, hospitality or global consumer businesses.
