Position Summary
Are you a detail-obsessed proofreader with content management experience and a passion for travel? We’re looking for a Content Coordinator to join our global team supporting TTC Tour Brands. In this role, you’ll manage, maintain, and proof content across our digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Management: Create, update, and maintain content within our CMS to support guided tour itineraries and guest documentation worldwide.
- Technical Ability: Use platforms such as Umbraco, Microsoft Office 365, and Airtable to manage content. A willingness and ability to learn new systems is essential.
- Proofreading & Accuracy: Review brochure pages, websites, and guest documentation for grammar, spelling, and consistency. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and guidelines.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Tackle challenges with a proactive approach, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Travel Experiences team and other departments to meet deadlines and ensure project coordination runs smoothly.
