For over 100 years, we’ve been bringing the world closer together by crafting journeys that create lasting memories, lifelong friendships and meaningful cultural connections. Across more than 70 countries and our award-winning brands, we design and deliver travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing - they change perspectives. Behind every unforgettable journey is a passionate team making it happen.
The Opportunity
As our Regional Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA, you'll be the engine behind how we attract and hire the people who bring TTC to life. This isn't volume recruiting — it's strategic, consultative talent partnership at scale. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with hiring leaders to translate business priorities into clear, deliverable hiring plans. You'll bring market intelligence, structured frameworks, and a sharp commercial lens to every conversation. And you'll do it across a region — meaning your work will shape how we grow, where we grow, and who grows with us.
What You'll Own
- Regional hiring delivery: End-to-end recruitment across all role types — intake to offer — with full accountability for outcomes, momentum, and a hiring experience that reflects who we are.
- Hiring manager partnership: Coaching leaders on structured assessment, skills-based hiring, and faster, better-informed decisions. You'll challenge thoughtfully and consistently raise the bar on hiring quality.
- Strategy in execution: Translating global TA frameworks into smart regional delivery — balancing global consistency with local market nuance, and partnering with our Global TA Lead and Global TA Partner on priority roles, pipelines, and initiatives.
- Pipelines and market insight: Building diverse, ready talent pools for key and repeat roles. Reducing agency reliance through sharp direct sourcing. Bringing the kind of market intelligence that changes how we compete for talent.
- Performance and improvement: Owning the data — time-to-hire, pipeline health, sourcing mix — and using it to continuously sharpen how we hire. Strong ATS discipline (Dayforce or equivalent) is non-negotiable.
What You Bring
- Significant TA experience in a regional or multi-market environment.
- A proven ability to advise, influence, and respectfully challenge senior hiring leaders.
- A track record of measurably improving hiring outcomes, efficiency, and cost.
- Comfort delivering across the spectrum — from operational hiring to complex, strategic searches.
- Fluency with ATS/HRIS platforms (Dayforce a plus), recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing.
- Strong instincts for talent markets, workforce planning input, and pipeline strategy.
- Bonus points for: experience in a global TA model or transformation environment, exposure to structured hiring playbooks and SLAs, or a background in travel, hospitality, or multi-brand organizations.
What Makes This Role Different
You won't be processing requisitions. You'll be shaping how a 100-year-old global company hires for its next chapter — partnering with leaders who care about getting hiring right, working within a global TA model that's evolving, and operating in a business where your ideas, frameworks, and instincts will land somewhere that wants them. And you'll do it all in service of a mission that genuinely matters: enriching lives by connecting people and places.
