As our business continues to evolve and transform, we're looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team and help support a wide range of commercial, corporate and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a global organisation during a period of significant commercial activity and transformation. Working across multiple jurisdictions, you'll provide practical legal support on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, governance activities, intellectual property matters and strategic business initiatives. This role is well suited to a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, can operate independently and is comfortable balancing legal risk with business objectives. Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements. Support strategic partnerships, procurement, technology and transformation projects. Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Company Secretarial teams on key workstreams. Advise stakeholders on legal, compliance and risk-related matters. Contribute to policy development and governance frameworks. Manage external legal counsel and legal spend where required. 8-10 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of both. ~ Strong commercial contracting experience across a broad range of agreements. ~ Able to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice. ~ Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality or other consumer-facing industries. Exposure to private equity-owned businesses or post-acquisition integration programmes.
