About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organised People & Culture Project Manager to sit at the heart of our P&C function and help us deliver with clarity, coordination, and momentum. This is a role for someone who loves making things happen — someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to get things done. You will work across a portfolio of people-related initiatives, bringing structure, rigour, and a calm head to a fast-moving environment. Alongside core P&C project work, you will bring specific expertise in real estate and workplace projects, including office moves and space planning, making you a critical connector between our people strategy and our physical environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Project & Programme Management
  • Own and maintain the P&C project portfolio, tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Build and manage Gantt charts and project plans, keeping them live and accurate as priorities shift.
  • Update and maintain Monday.com as the team’s source of truth, ensuring boards are clean, current, and useful.
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, flagging blockers early and facilitating resolution.
  • Look proactively for synergies across workstreams to avoid duplication of effort and maximise impact.
  • Alignment & Coordination
    • Support goal alignment across P&C, helping teams connect their work to broader organisational priorities.
    • Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and project meetings — preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following through.
    • Produce clear, well-structured documentation including project briefs, status updates, decision logs, and exec-ready summaries.
    • Act as a connective tissue across the P&C team and with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Real Estate & Workplace Projects
    • Lead or support office move projects, acting as the P&C representative in workspace planning conversations.
    • Partner with Facilities, IT, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure people considerations are embedded in all workplace changes.
    • Manage communications and change management activity around physical moves and office transitions.
    • Bring knowledge of real estate processes, lease considerations, and fit-out timelines to inform planning and risk management.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Essential
    • Proven project management experience, ideally with a formal qualification (Prince2, PMP, APM or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent practice.
    • Real experience managing office moves, workplace transitions, or real estate-related projects end-to-end.
    • Confident user of Monday.com (or similar tools such as Asana, Smartsheet) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
    • Strong documentation skills — you can turn a messy conversation into a crisp project brief or a clear set of actions.
    • A natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and manages up, down, and across with equal ease.
    • Comfortable operating in a people-centred environment — you understand the human side of change.
  • Desirable
    • Experience working within or closely alongside an HR, People, or Culture function.
    • Familiarity with workforce planning, organisational change, or people programme delivery.
    • Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes in a real estate context.

    What Success Looks Like

    • The P&C project portfolio is well-governed, visible, and understood across the team.
    • Monday.com is a tool people actually use and trust.
    • Office move(s) are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to our people.
    • Dependencies are managed proactively — no surprises.
    • You’re the person the team leans on to bring structure to ambiguity.

    Who You Are

You’re not precious about seniority — you’ll roll up your sleeves and do what needs doing. You ask good questions, listen well, and know that in a people function, how you show up matters as much as what you deliver. You’re used to working with sensitive information and understand the importance of discretion. And you bring genuine energy and care to your work.
