We are hiring a Learning and Development Programme Specialist! The L&D Programme Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality learning and development experiences across TTC. This role combines project coordination, program management, facilitation and operational support to ensure L&D initiatives are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with our global talent strategy.
- Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end L&D and Talent projects across regions, managing plans, logistics, stakeholders, communications, scheduling, and updates to ensure smooth delivery.
- Training Delivery: Deliver and support training sessions, create and update learning materials, manage scheduling and enrolments, and improve content based on feedback.
- Improve L&D systems and processes by managing data, budgets, licences, and content repositories, while tracking feedback and driving scalable, efficient operations.
- Maintain the LMS by uploading content, managing enrolments and compliance tracking, and resolving user access issues.
L&D projects are delivered on time and within scope, with clear, up-to-date plans, trackers, documentation, and communication in place.
- L&D managers and stakeholders are kept informed through timely, proactive communication, with actions clearly tracked.
- Training sessions are delivered in line with learning principles, well-organised, and supported by smooth logistics (materials, tech, facilitators prepared in advance).
- The learner experience is consistently high quality, with strong feedback and continuous improvement based on evaluation.
- Learning data, reporting, and ROI measures are accurate, accessible, and shared on time, enabling insight and informed decision-making.
- L&D systems, folders, and processes are well-maintained and continuously improved, driving efficiency, consistency, and ease of access.
- LMS content, learning paths, and records are accurate, up to date, and fully functional, supporting a seamless learning experience.
- Enrolments, reporting, and learner support are managed efficiently, with issues resolved quickly and data maintained with high accuracy.
2–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, HR, or project coordination. Strong experience coordinating training programmes, events, or multi-step projects. Confident using project tracking tools (e.g. Excel, Monday). Exposure to instructional design or content development is an advantage.
