We’re looking for a driven Affiliate Partnership Manager to join our Sales team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll lead strategy and execution for affiliate marketing and direct network sales programs, with a particular focus on turning around low-performing partnerships and exploring new, non-traditional sales channels. You’ll be responsible for growing partner networks, boosting performance, and unlocking innovative ways to increase revenue and brand visibility across some of the world’s most recognised travel brands.
What You’ll Do- Affiliate Program Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners; negotiate commission structures; resolve tracking and attribution issues; and provide reporting and forecasting.
- Direct Network Sales: Drive performance improvements for partnerships and rep programs, ensuring alignment with brand marketing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and grow B2B2C and non-traditional accounts, manage online platform integrations, and collaborate with marketing and tech on joint campaigns.
- Performance & Reporting: Analyse partner data, implement strategies to improve ROI, and share insights across global teams.
- 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and API integrations.
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and strong analytical ability.
