At TTC, we are enriching lives by connecting people and places. For over 100 years, we’ve been bringing the world closer together by crafting journeys that create lasting memories, lifelong friendships and meaningful cultural connections. Across more than 70 countries and our award-winning brands, we design and deliver travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing - they change perspectives.
Our Values:
- Value Every Voice. We put people first.
- Act with Integrity. We do what is right.
- Explore Beyond Boundaries. We are driven by curiosity.
- Own the Outcome. We take responsibility for our decisions.
- Succeed Together. We have each other's backs.
The Role:
AI is moving quickly, and TTC is determined to use it well. This role sits where technology, data and business transformation meet, turning the potential of AI into practical, scalable and responsible capability across the group. You will find where AI creates genuine value, build the frameworks that let us deploy it safely and help teams move from experimentation to real adoption. This is not a research role. You will work as comfortably with senior stakeholders as with modern AI architectures, shaping use cases, evaluating solutions and defining how we adopt AI responsibly at enterprise scale.
What Will You Do?
- Shape and evolve TTC's approach to enterprise AI enablement and adoption.
- Identify, assess and prioritise AI opportunities based on customer, colleague and commercial value.
- Turn business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
- Lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value work, and decide what deserves to scale.
- Build practical frameworks for Generative AI, LLM and wider AI adoption.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Technology, Security, Legal and business teams to move solutions into sustainable use.
- Define governance around responsible AI, privacy, security, risk and human oversight.
- Create reusable patterns, tools and capabilities rather than isolated solutions.
- Build AI literacy across the business, including a clear view of where AI does not add value.
- Track emerging capability and translate what matters into practical opportunities for TTC.
About You:
Essential:
- A strong track record delivering AI, Generative AI, machine learning or AI-enabled transformation in a complex organisation.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, Generative AI architectures and modern AI ecosystems.
- Experience taking AI initiatives from concept through validation, implementation and adoption.
- Strong grasp of enterprise AI governance, security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
- The ability to assess technical solutions through a commercial and business-value lens.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and explaining sophisticated technology simply.
- Pragmatic judgement about emerging technology and where it genuinely fits.
- Commercial curiosity and a bias towards adoption rather than experimentation for its own sake.
Desirable:
- Experience designing reusable AI capabilities, operating models or enablement frameworks.
- Experience within a global or multi-brand organisation.
- Exposure to AI product delivery alongside Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Experience building AI literacy or capability programmes.
- Curiosity about travel, hospitality or global consumer businesses.
