POSITION SUMMARY
- Pre-Season Prep: Ensure that we have all required information for TD On-Road Team (Brand & Trip Preferences, Days between trips, Unavailable dates, Schengen visa dates).
- Support & manage Admin Team: Ensure all documentation and collateral is up to date.
- Housekeeping: Participate in TD interview process & be the point of contact for new TD applicants.
- Allocations: Responsible for allocating all trips within your regions & processing data into the system.
- Support: Maintain rapport between On-Road TD team and office staff and distribute any issues/queries to the team as required. Create a learning platform with modules to be completed pre-season & assist throughout the season with briefs/debriefs.
- Complete end of trips reports and mid to end season personal reviews.
- On Road Issues: Analyse issues at hand & communicate with TD to find the best solution. Sensitively follow up with supplier complaints.
- Contracts: Issue TD contracts & insurance.
- Proof brochure content & web text.
- Evaluate any changes agreed via Travel Experience Team in end of season meetings.
- Roll out training online.
- Present guides at TD meetings.
- Monitor performance & follow up with any QC issues.
- Work with the hotel contracting team to offer the best solution.
- Liaise with TD & authorise compensation if necessary.
- Ensure all information & communication provided to our TD is up to date.
- Constantly update data that goes into TEAMs (Guest Doc, Brochure Pgs., Technical Itineraries etc.).
- Assist TD team with any technical issues.
Must have excellent communication & collaborative skills as you’ll be working closely with the Travel Experience Team, Contracting Team (Tracoin), European Guest Services Team & Guest Support Team.
Experience
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility with working hours during busy periods.
- Based in London.
- Excellent spoken and written English; another language would be a bonus.
