The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We have 2 exciting positions in the team, one to look after the operational side of the London programme, liaising with hotels, sales offices and our European Guest Services, and another one to process all the Pre & Post tour hotel accommodation requests in Europe as per Sales Offices daily requirements and ensure that all bookings are completed in a timely manner, maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers and internal clients. Being able to work under pressure, working to a tight schedule and handling multiple tasks is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Negotiate additional room availability for our inventory as required and within our contracted rates, according to daily reports.
  • Ability to negotiate and waive cancellation charges if they arise.
  • Build, develop, strengthen and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and internal clients.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely at all levels of responsibility to make sure that information is received and properly understood.
  • Liaise with Operations, Supplier Relationship Managers, Sales Offices and Accounts & Product Build departments when necessary and regarding the operation of the pre/post accommodation programme and assist with any ‘on the road’ query.
  • Process hotel changes making sure that clients’ hotel bookings fit in with the new itinerary.
  • Ensure all amendments are promptly communicated internally to Operations/Sales Offices and externally to suppliers.
  • Dealing with two inboxes on Outlook, a personal and a shared one.
  • Follow departmental or team guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve possible complaints by liaising with suppliers and Operations.
  • Deliver within deadlines.
  • Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork and where team members are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company.

Experience and Skills

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Any additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, planning and good time management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
