If you have a solid understanding of the travel industry, experience as a proofreader, and a proven track record of high attention to detail, we would like to welcome you on board as Content Coordinator for TTC Tour Brands: Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar and Costsaver.
Content Management:You will be integral in creating, updating and maintaining our Content Management System. The system populates itinerary information and guest documentation for guided bade tours across the world.
Technical ability:Through daily tasks and seasonal projects, you will update content and communicate with team members using Umbraco, GitHub, Microsoft Office, and Airtable. An ability to acquire new system knowledge and skills is essential for a Content team member.
Attention to detail:You will proof brochure pages, website content and guest documentation, following set procedures to deliver a consistently high standard. You will ensure that content reflects accurate brand messaging and is both grammatically and orthographically correct.
Initiative:You will be proactive in resolving challenges as they arise, troubleshooting technical errors and reaching out to collaborators for assistance when needed.
Communication:You will work closely within the Travel Experiences and wider TTC team to meet deadlines and to coordinate projects. You will build, develop and cultivate professional relationships within the TTC team to guarantee efficient communication and a collaborative working environment.
