Our Owner Onboarding and Property Recruitment teams play a crucial role in shaping the holiday homes we bring into our portfolio, ensuring the properties we choose and the relationships we build create unforgettable stays for our guests. We are now looking for a Property Advisor to join this team. This is a commercially focused, fast-paced role where you will qualify new enquiries, generate new business and support owners through the beginning of their journey with us. You will also contribute to team knowledge, support new starters where appropriate and play an active role in improving how we work. This role would suit someone who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the holiday letting market and a commitment to helping owners make informed decisions. What you will be doing:
- Lead generation and qualification
- Qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying viable letting opportunities
- Producing preliminary property appraisals and suitability assessments
- Communicating with owners, business partners and internal teams to move opportunities through the pipeline
- Assessing properties for quality, location, market fit and commercial viability
- Helping convert qualified opportunities into successful appointments and sign-ups
- Partnering with New Business Managers to ensure a seamless handover for appointments
- Working cross-functionally to maintain a strong owner experience end-to-end
- Representing Travel Chapter externally as an ambassador for our brand and our B Corp ethos
What you will bring:
Essential:
- Experience in a commercially-focused role (sales, lettings, holiday property or similar)
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing a pipeline and working towards targets
- Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret data and draw informed conclusions
- Comfortable with systems and digital tools (Salesforce is a bonus)
- Motivated by results and owner experience
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting or mentoring others
- Knowledge of the holiday let market and property appraisal
- Understanding of competitor landscape and market drivers
Working hours and flexibility:
This is an on-site role that requires flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends so we can support owners throughout the week. We will work with you to balance this fairly across the team.
