Our Managed Services teams play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest and homeowner experience. The laundry function makes sure every departure has the right linen, packed, finished to a high standard, and ready to go, helping holidays feel effortless.
We are now looking for a Laundry Operative to support the smooth day-to-day running of our laundry operation and keep things moving throughout busy changeovers.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing linen bags for changeover days, including milk
- Keeping the laundry environment clean, organised and well-maintained (including machines)
- Maintaining linen quality and escalating any discrepancies to the Operations Manager
- Monitoring and recording additional items (e.g. mattress protectors) and ensuring these are labelled and returned to the correct property
- Tracking stock levels and informing the Housekeeping Manager when replenishment is needed
- Checking detergent levels, switching bottles as required and flagging ordering needs to the Operations Manager
- Recording all linen entering and leaving the laundry
