Your next chapter Travel Chapter is the holiday home people. We connect guests to incredible properties across the UK and help homeowners share the places they love most. From pricing and marketing to guest experience and operational support, our goal is to unlock the full potential of every property in our portfolio. We are now looking for a Homeowner Account Manager to join our regional team in South and East Devon. This role blends customer relationships, data insight and commercial thinking to drive performance across a growing portfolio.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners in your portfolio, helping them make informed decisions that improve performance and guest appeal.
- Manage a mix of remote and in-person interactions, including regular property visits throughout the year.
- Build strong homeowner relationships and be a trusted advisor.
- Review pricing, occupancy and marketing performance to identify opportunities.
- Make data-driven recommendations to maximise commercial performance.
- Ensure property descriptions, photography and listings are optimised.
- Communicate insights clearly and instil confidence in decision-making.
- Use systems and tools to monitor trends and track KPIs.
- Support retention and help to grow the regional portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, commercial and marketing.
This role includes additional earning potential linked to performance targets. A full UK driving licence is required due to the need for regular property visits.
