What will I be doing?
The Service Coordinator is an exciting role, essential to the effective delivery of our Managed Services offering. As our Managed Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Managed Services offering, including:
- Managing the coordination and arrangement of Managed Services, ensuring services meet and exceed homeowner and guest expectations
- Assisting guests before, during and after their stay, dealing with any queries and concerns they have
- Facilitating the delivery of services through the field-based team and external suppliers
- Practicing and promoting a proactive and preventative approach
- Carrying out the system-based setup and administration needed for all managed properties
