  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom practice
  • Confident in planning engaging lessons and managing behaviour positively
  • A positive and proactive approach to teaching
  • Commitment to supporting pupils' academic and personal development
  • Experienced Pastoral Year Group Leaders:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant degree.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a successful classroom teacher and leader of a subject or Year Group
  • Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and data-analysis skills, with the ability to motivate both staff and pupils.
  • Pastoral Expertise: Extensive knowledge of child protection and safeguarding.
