This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Rowing Coach to contribute to the growth and success of an ambitious rowing programme. Working primarily with athletes in Years 9-13, you will deliver high quality weekend water-based coaching; supporting the technical and athletic development of students in both sculling and sweep disciplines; and foster a culture of safety, progression and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will hold a British Rowing coaching qualification or equivalent experience, with a proven background in coaching junior athletes. You will be reliable, positive and able to inspire and motivate young rowers. Experience coaching junior athletes at either club or school level is highly desirable.

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role for one year, comprising approximately 10 hours of coaching at weekends, delivered across both Saturday and Sunday afternoons during term time. Additional hours are required and can be claimed as overtime. The role is expected to commence as soon as possible.
