Oak Lodge School is a secondary school for students with hearing, speech and language and communication needs with a residential provision. Main role: We are seeking a committed Timetable Manager to support and continue the school’s Management Information System and accompanying data solutions. The Timetable, Exams Officer & Cover Manager is responsible for the overall consistency, accuracy, integrity of the school’s timetable and examination processes. This includes the development and integration with third party systems, staff training and end user support.
We are looking for someone who has an in-depth understanding of ARBOR, Timetabling (Timetabler) and exams procedures, who can support the management, development and delivery of the timetable for the school. The role could also include the future development of; and preparation of the school pupil progress data systems within ARBOR. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school timetable and will therefore need a detailed understanding of the structure/organisation of ARBOR and Timetabler as well as excellent skills with Office (Excel).
