Location: Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Cambridge, Brighton or Bristol. The role is based in any of these locations and supports remote working combined with 1-2 on-site days per week.
Overview: We are looking for a curious and insight-driven analyst to join us on a 12-month project, playing a key role in unlocking the value of Illuminate, Arts Council England’s audience data and insights programme. This role sits within the Insights Department and works collaboratively with other analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, interpret and bring to life insights from Illuminate and other relevant internal and external datasets.
- Translate detailed analysis into engaging, actionable outputs that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Identify and communicate emerging trends and patterns to support sector learning, reflection and evidence-based action.
- Produce and present high-quality analysis, data products and reporting designed around user needs.
- Work closely with the Illuminate Product Manager to shape how insights are delivered within and outside the platform.
- Analyse platform usage and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager (Data & Insights Engagement) and wider team to ensure insights are actively used, widely shared and continue to grow in quality, relevance and impact.
