Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until November 2026 (maternity cover)

Are you passionate about empowering young people with the support, advice, and guidance they need to succeed in their journey towards employment? An exciting opportunity has arisen with Clarion Futures for an exceptional Employment Support Officer to join our team, specifically focused on supporting the youth in our community.

Based in our Camden office, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality advice and guidance to help young individuals develop the skills they need to enter the workforce. Your ability to understand their unique challenges will be key as you assist them in making informed decisions about their future. You'll work closely with each young person to create tailored action plans, setting clear and achievable goals to guide them into training and employment opportunities.

We'll rely on you to provide a range of interventions, including employability workshops, confidence-building activities, and job clubs specifically designed for young people. You'll also assist them with job search strategies and connect them to additional support resources. Your natural ability to build trust and rapport with young individuals, combined with your organised and methodical approach to tracking progress against targets, will be essential in this role. Ideally, you'll have, or be working towards, a relevant Advice and Guidance qualification.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
