As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, QE is now seeking to appoint a Commercial Director who will play a central role in shaping the next phase of its development.

With a strong platform already established, the next Commercial Director will work closely with colleagues across the Collegiate to expand this provision, developing new programmes, building partnerships and identifying opportunities to extend QE’s reach into new markets. In doing so, they will help position QE not only as a leading independent school but also as an increasingly influential provider of high-quality training and skills development.
The successful candidate will bring commercial insight, strategic clarity and the confidence to explore new ideas while delivering tangible results. They will be comfortable working at pace, identifying opportunities for growth across the Collegiate’s facilities, services and expertise, and translating these into well-developed commercial initiatives that support the organisation’s wider mission.
