This is a unique opportunity to influence how millions of people connect with UK democracy from the heart of Parliament.This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll develop and deliver an ambitious, insight-led marketing strategy, oversee creative multi-channel campaigns, and drive audience growth, engagement and income. Leading a talented bicameral team, you'll foster a collaborative, high-performing culture while managing budgets, external agencies and campaign performance to maximise impact and return on investment.Working closely with senior leaders, Members and communications colleagues across both Houses, you'll provide strategic marketing expertise, strengthen stakeholder relationships and help shape Participation's future direction.
