Rare opportunity to become the next Chief Executive of Big Change and ensure all young people are set up to thrive in life. Big Change funds and supports leaders with early-stage ideas that have the potential to spark lasting change for all young people. We provide opportunities for them to connect, learn and act together as part of a purpose-driven community rethinking and reshaping the systems around young people. To date we’ve backed over 80 leaders with £5.5 million in grant funding, reaching over 12 million young people.

We are looking for an ambitious CEO ready to build on the success of our talented team and our evidence-based strategy. Our next leader will have the vision and experience to build our resources and influence the wider sector, while supporting entrepreneurial collaboration between our team, young people and partners. We are open-minded about your career path to date, but we’ll be looking for evidence of how you have led people and organisations through complex and emergent work.

You will be a skilled storyteller who understands how to build powerful coalitions and sustainable funding. You will share our belief in the power of young people, intergenerational collaboration and collective action. At Big Change, we believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our work and lead to better outcomes for young people. This is a full‑time, hybrid position with a minimum requirement of one day a week at our central London office. The role may require travel, attendance at events, and occasional evening commitments. The closing date for applications is midday on Friday, 17 July.
