Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an innovative, inclusive curriculum covering entry to level 3, including NCFE CACHE and T Levels, for early years and education learners.
- Plan and teach units, assessments and practical sessions, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Provide academic support and guidance, acting as course tutor and assessor where required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine departmental programmes, initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
- Promote the personal and social development of all learners and embed these values into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Qualified to at least level 3 with a relevant early childhood education or teaching qualification.
- Desirable to hold an assessor qualification.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
