The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Leader to join the Apprenticeship team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.
About The Role
The Apprenticeship Leader will lead the quality, performance, and development of apprenticeship provision across their curriculum area, delivering high-quality, career-focused programmes that meet the needs of apprentices and employers. Reporting to the Director of Curriculum, the role turns curriculum strategy into excellent teaching, learning and assessment, strong outcomes and an exceptional apprentice and employer experience. Working closely with curriculum teams, employers and central support functions, the Apprenticeship Leader ensures apprenticeship provision is compliant, high performing and responsive to skills priorities, while leading and developing staff to support continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Occupational competency within a STEM subject.
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- A relevant assessing qualification.
- A verifier qualification.
- A recognised teaching qualification (desirable).
- A recognised management qualification (desirable).
