Working alongside the Fourteen Incorporated Crafts, we invest in individuals and communities through grants, educational programmes, apprenticeship awards and initiatives that preserve traditional skills while creating opportunities for future generations. About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead one of Glasgow's most distinguished institutions into its next chapter. As Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation, ensuring the successful delivery of our charitable mission while strengthening our commercial sustainability and public profile. Working closely with the governing body and leading a dedicated team, you will champion good governance, develop new income streams, build influential partnerships and act as an ambassador for Trades House across Glasgow's civic, business and charitable communities. You are an accomplished senior leader with the credibility, commercial awareness and strategic vision to lead a complex and respected organisation.
