This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with strong experience in solar PV and battery storage systems to join a forward-thinking renewable energy company delivering high-quality domestic and commercial installations. You will play a key role in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable energy systems across Powys, Shropshire, Herefordshire, and occasionally further afield.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience)

Field-based role covering Powys, Shropshire & Herefordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Overtime & occasional weekend work available
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Carry out testing, inspection, and commissioning
- Work on both domestic and commercial installations
- Ensure compliance with current electrical and safety regulations
- Diagnose faults and carry out maintenance and repairs
- Provide technical advice and professional support to clients
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Battery storage installation experience
- 3-5 years experience as a qualified electrician
- Experience across domestic and commercial environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally further afield
