Trade Recruit is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing glazing company delivering high-quality services across London and Surrey. With their office based in Crawley, our client is known for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Glazier or Skilled Multi-Trader with a strong interest in glasswork.

This is a permanent position offering job security, consistent workload, and clear opportunities for progression. Whether you're an experienced Glazier or a skilled tradesperson looking to specialise, this role offers variety, structured support, and long-term development.

The Role

  • Measuring, cutting, fitting, and sealing various types of glass
  • Installation and replacement of glazing in windows, doors, balustrades, and bespoke units
  • Repairs and maintenance of existing glasswork and frames
  • Installation of splashbacks, tabletops, and tilt-and-turn window systems
  • Safe use of hand and power tools
  • Daily travel across London and Surrey (company van and fuel provided)
  • Completing digital job sheets with before/after photos
  • Liaising with customers and site teams professionally
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation
  • Participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota (additional pay applicable)

What We're Looking For

  • Essential:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in glazing, carpentry, window fitting, or a similar trade
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for work updates
  • Desirable:
  • Clean full UK driving licence
  • Experience with specialist glasswork such as splashbacks or tabletops
