Trade Recruit is working on behalf of a fast-growing solar energy company seeking motivated and professional Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives to join their expanding commercial and residential sales team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through door-to-door engagement, educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy solutions, and converting interest into qualified appointments and sales.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals who are confident, resilient, and driven to succeed.
Generate leads and identify suitable homeowners for solar installations
Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and sustainability
Arrange appointments or surveys for the technical/surveying team
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately record all customer interactions and lead data
Represent the companys brand with professionalism and integrity
Previous experience in door-to-door, field, or direct sales
Experience within solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sectors (highly desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Full training and ongoing support provided
