What we do

The Data Partnerships team manages the integration and partnerships with our key data partners across EMEA. We are responsible for deepening our relationships with data providers and supporting their growth through the TTD platform, Kokai, and data usage evangelisation and enabling partner teams, including business development, customer success, and product marketing. Our mission is to grow data usage across our region and enhance the sophistication of our customers’ data strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Partner Support & Integration: Support the evaluation and onboarding of new data partners, working alongside senior team members to assess fit, progress integrations, and manage early‑stage relationships. Assist with partner relationship management across designated markets or accounts, serving as a reliable point of contact for day‑to‑day queries and follow‑ups. Maintain accurate records of partner integration status, contractual milestones, and relationship activity.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Support the development of enablement materials, including vertical narratives, case studies, and training content, that help commercial teams have confident data conversations with clients. Assist in the delivery of training sessions and enablement programmes across the EMEA commercial organisation. Track inbound enablement requests from commercial teams and help triage and respond in a timely manner.
  • EMEA Team Operations: Play a key role in keeping the EMEA Data & Strategy team running smoothly by supporting a range of internal operational tasks. Own the production and distribution of the team’s internal newsletter, coordinating contributions from across the team and ensuring timely, well‑structured outputs. Support the preparation of recurring team reports, recaps, and trackers, helping to maintain visibility of team activity and progress against goals. Assist with logistics and coordination for team meetings, off‑sites, and SME programme sessions, including agenda preparation and follow‑up documentation. Help manage shared team resources such as the EMEA planning workspace, partner databases, and Salesforce tracking.
  • Learning & Development: Develop a working knowledge of The Trade Desk’s data product suite, including 1P data, 3P audiences, contextual, CTV, retail data, and measurement. Build familiarity with the TTD platform and Kokai, with support from senior team members and structured onboarding. Engage with the EMEA SME programme and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the team.

Who you are

  • Experience & Background: 4+ years of experience in ad‑tech, martech, or a related digital media or technology role. Exposure to partner management, business development, or commercial operations is advantageous. Familiarity with the programmatic advertising landscape and an interest in data‑driven marketing.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and keep shared resources well‑maintained. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with an eye for well‑structured, audience‑appropriate content. Collaborative by nature, comfortable working across teams and supporting colleagues at different levels of seniority. External relationship skills, professional, curious, and eager to develop as a partner‑facing team member. Analytically curious, comfortable working with data and drawn to evidence‑based thinking. Highly organised and delivery‑focused, takes ownership of tasks, follows through, and communicates proactively if timelines shift. Leads with positivity, brings energy and constructive attitude to the team, particularly in ambiguous or fast‑moving situations. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Slack. Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Crossbeam is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are not required but would be welcomed given the team’s regional remit.
