What we do

The UK is the growth engine for EMEA and this newly created role sits within the UK Business Development team. We are looking for a commercially savvy, very senior sales individual to grow and nurture key advertising partnerships. You will need a proven record of accomplishment in delivering results, building relationships, and collaborating with other teams as you will be working with some of our most strategic clients.

What you’ll do

  1. Be a part of our UK strategic accounts team, focused on driving growth and translating worldwide strategies and priorities into local plans.
  2. Own relationships with CMOs/senior marketing executives at brands and agencies.
  3. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with local and global Sales, Client Services, and Trading teams.
  4. Communicate the value of our media buying platform by demonstrating key value positioning and unique industry perspectives.
  5. Manage a portfolio effectively, establishing compete plans, managing business rhythm, and driving execution excellence while utilizing a variety of mechanisms to constantly monitor and optimize performance.
  6. Participate in product road map prioritization discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.
  7. Represent TTD on a global and regional stage.

Who you are

  1. A proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales.
  2. An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up.
  3. Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams.
  4. Experience at an online publisher, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising role.
  5. Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers.
  6. Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships.
  7. Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts.
  8. A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises.
  9. Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients.
  10. Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins.
  11. Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations.
