We're seeking a passionate Chef to join our team and inspire customers with their culinary flare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations on shift, food production, and ensuring high-quality homemade dishes are served in our restaurant.

Duties:

  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient food preparation
  • Plan and create specials that meet quality standards and customer preferences
  • Manage food inventory and control costs to maximise profitability
  • Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Lead by example in demonstrating culinary skills, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
