We're seeking a passionate Chef to join our team and inspire customers with their culinary flare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations on shift, food production, and ensuring high-quality homemade dishes are served in our restaurant.
Duties:
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient food preparation
- Plan and create specials that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Manage food inventory and control costs to maximise profitability
- Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Lead by example in demonstrating culinary skills, teamwork, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Must be a good person
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
