The Torrington Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support UK and Europe recruitment across multiple functions. You will manage candidate attraction, screening, and relationship-building with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Working with the Group Director – Business Services, you will create engaging job adverts, coordinate interviews, maintain data and provide insights to optimise hiring outcomes across the business.
