The Torridon is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead guest service across breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee and dinner, and to set tables and ensure dining areas are ready for service. You will deliver food and drink to Bo and Muc, 1887 Whisky and Beinn Bar, and assist with drinks preparation in the resort bars.
You will demonstrate knowledge of the wine list, uphold five-star cleanliness, and drive ESG initiatives on your shift with a 45-hour week over five days.
