Could you make every guest feel genuinely special? We’re looking for a warm, confident and guest-focused Assistant Guest Relations Manager to help deliver exceptional experiences at The Torridon — a world-leading hotel in one of Scotland’s most spectacular locations.
This hands-on role is all about creating memorable moments, personalising guest stays, supporting VIP experiences, resolving guest feedback positively and helping the Front of House team deliver seamless, thoughtful service every day.
You’ll be organised, professional and passionate about hospitality, with great communication skills and an eye for the details that make a stay unforgettable.
