The Tokenhouse, Moorgate in City of London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis. Working days are Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and flexible hours depending on the rota.
You will prepare and cook to a high standard, run your section during service, and work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team. Previous Chef de Partie experience and a positive, reliable attitude are essential; food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
