Can you use your SEO skills to help reduce loneliness? We're looking for someone to strengthen the visibility of our award-winning Songs & Smiles groups at a local and regional level, so that when parents search for baby and toddler groups near them, their nearest group shows up.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience with Squarespace is helpful but not essential.
  • This opportunity would suit someone who has experience in SEO, digital marketing, UX or content structure.
  • Enjoys making information clearer, more accessible and easier to find.
  • Understands how people search locally.
  • Likes creating solutions that work for small, busy charities.

You don't need to be an SEO specialist. Practical experience and a thoughtful approach are far more important.

What will you be doing?

  • This is practical, high-impact work that a small charity can realistically maintain.
  • Improving accessibility, including meaningful alt text for images.
  • Strengthening page structure and headings.
  • Improving regional landing pages.
  • Supporting local visibility, such as Google Business Profiles and trusted listings (e.g. Pebble, Happity).
  • Sharing simple guidance so our team can keep the work going.

You won't be expected to do everything; we'll agree priorities together.
