Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
- Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
- Support and respond to Front End coverage needs; participate in store recovery as needed.
- Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
- Adhere to safety, health, and labor policy requirements (including break and meal policies).
- Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and sanitation in the store areas (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, etc.).
- Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor scrubber/buffer.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Retail customer experience is preferred.
