Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
  • Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
  • Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
  • Support and respond to Front End coverage needs; participate in store recovery as needed.
  • Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and labor policy requirements (including break and meal policies).
  • Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and sanitation in the store areas (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, etc.).
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor scrubber/buffer.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail customer experience is preferred.
