Job Description:
Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?
As the world\\\’s leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we are focused on putting customers first and delivering a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities
- You will be a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors to support a positive customer experience and deter loss on the sales floor.
- You will act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function and work closely with the store team to maintain product security.
- You will contribute to effective conflict resolution when required and help ensure a safe, secure store environment.
- You will demonstrate calmness and professionalism under pressure and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
