The Tipsy Fox is a busy, community-led pub in the heart of Southwater—built on great food, strong drinks, and a proper pub atmosphere. We’re building a team that takes pride in what they do. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, and all about creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming back—whether that’s for a midweek pint, a family meal, or a busy Saturday night.

The Role

We’re looking for confident, reliable Front of House team members who can handle both the bar and floor with ease. This isn’t a stand‑around role—you’ll be right in the middle of service, delivering great experiences while keeping standards high across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving drinks, including draught, wines, and cocktails (training provided)
  • Running food and ensuring tables are looked after throughout service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the pub
  • Supporting the wider team during busy periods
  • Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all customers
