Your role: Oversee the day-to-day output of an exciting luxury content team, delivering best-in-class commerce material that aligns with our aesthetic. Reporting to the Head of Commerce Content and Editor in Chief of LUXX, you will drive audience growth and shape commercial campaigns while confidently managing freelance budgets and content workflow. This is a strategic and creative role where you will directly influence revenue diversification, engagement, and the delivery of key shopping events throughout the year.
Day to day you will:
- Select high-end products across fashion, beauty, home, or tech that focus on investment pieces and reflect the publication's luxury aesthetic.
- Produce best-in-class daily content for our website and social channels while managing concepts seamlessly from concept to final publishing.
- Drive the social commerce strategy by overseeing both commercial and editorial shopping briefs to develop a dedicated community.
- Collaborate closely with the Times Luxury SEO Manager to scale audience growth across our channels.
- Edit and quality-check all work to ensure output remains compliant with ASA/CAP code guidelines and manage freelancer budgets.
- Utilise analytical insights to shape content strategy, influence day-to-day decision-making, and partner with broader editorial stakeholders to ensure the effective monetisation of relevant content.
What we're looking for from you:
- Track record in digital publishing with a deep understanding of affiliate networks and content monetisation methods.
- Proven leadership background with the ability to confidently guide and support a multidisciplinary team of journalists and creators.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury industry with an ability to identify emerging trends, tools, and best practices ahead of the market.
- Exceptional communication and editorial skills, alongside a solid grasp of the IPSO Code of Conduct and media law.
- Analytical mindset with practical knowledge of publishing tools such as SEMRush, Parse.ly, and Google Analytics to drive business decisions.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully in a fast-paced environment.
