As an Operations Assistant, you’re all about keeping the mill running smoothly. You’ll help make sure the space is clean, safe and efficient, while giving customers friendly, reliable service. You’re a key part of the team, jumping in where needed and helping things flow without a hitch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Safely unwrap and wrap timber packs
  • Operate machinery at infeed and outfeed to keep things moving smoothly
  • Run the baler and keep it in good shape
  • Help keep the mill clean, tidy and safe
  • Make sure stock is organised and clearly labelled
  • Chat with the team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Jump in with any other tasks that help get the job done

What You’ll Bring:
