The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Your role will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your branch. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet branch targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to make sure that the branch is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles, and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to ensure it is a safe place to work.

- Having overall accountability for maintaining high operating standards
- Training your team, and ensuring their product knowledge is relevant and up to date
- Managing your stock effectively and properly utilising your vehicles
- Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and your branch is a safe place to work
- Managing and coordinating the branch stocktake twice a year
