We are looking for a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a luxury tile showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design and home improvement, who enjoys working with clients and delivering a high level of customer service.
You will be advising customers on their home design projects, helping them select tiles and materials that complement their spaces while representing a range of high-end, luxury tile brands.
Key Responsibilities- Providing professional advice to customers on tile selections and interior design concepts
- Assisting clients with home renovation and design ideas for kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
- Creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience for all visitors
- Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the showroom at all times
- Developing strong product knowledge across our luxury tile collections
- Handling enquiries in person, by phone and email in a professional manner
- Supporting the wider team with general showroom operations
- Previous experience in a tile showroom, bathroom showroom, interior design, or similar retail environment is preferred
- A natural flair for luxury interiors and home design
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A positive, friendly attitude and strong attention to detail
- 3 days per week (part-time)
- Flexibility required to cover additional days when needed, such as staff holidays or sickness
