Salary: £29,972 per annum (inclusive of allowances)
Hours: 4 on, 4 off - 9:00pm – 8:00am

About the Role:
- Monitoring and supporting young people during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Providing a calm, caring presence and responding appropriately to any incidents or emotional needs.
- Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and safeguarding documentation.
- Carrying out light household duties and preparing the home for the following day.
- Working closely with day staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
