We are looking for compassionate, punctual drivers with a valid taxi badge who are committed to making a positive difference every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Safely transport passengers in a company-provided vehicle
- Carry out daily vehicle checks, refuel, and perform light cleaning
- Operate tail lifts and safely secure wheelchairs where necessary
- Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all passengers
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with passengers, including those with additional needs
- Follow all company procedures and safety regulations
- Report any issues or incidents promptly
- Travel independently to designated pick-up and drop-off points
What we’re looking for:
- Aged 25 or older (due to insurance requirements)
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- A valid taxi badge issued by a UK local authority
- Strong communication skills, especially when supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions
