We are proud to be growing and opening a brand new children’s residential home in March 2026, designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment for children and young people up to the age of 17. We are now recruiting passionate and experienced Senior Residential Care Workers to join us ahead of opening and help shape the culture, standards, and future of the home from day one.

The Role
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital leadership role within the home and support the Registered and Deputy Managers to deliver outstanding care. You will:
- Act as a positive role model and shift leader for the team
- Create a warm, safe, and stable home environment
- Support children and young people with daily routines, education, appointments, and activities
- Take key-worker responsibility and contribute to care planning and reviews
- Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to support behaviour
- Build strong relationships with families, social workers, and professionals
- Ensure safeguarding, recording, and handovers meet high standards
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
