Waking Night Support Worker – Children's Residential Home

Location: Tiptree, Essex

Salary: £29,972 per annum (inclusive of allowances)

Hours: 4 on, 4 off - 9:00pm – 8:00am

About the Role:

  • Monitoring and supporting young people during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

  • Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and safeguarding documentation.
  • Carrying out light household duties and preparing the home for the following day.
  • Working closely with day staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
