Are you passionate about making a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re looking for dedicated and resilient Children\’s Residential Support Worker to join our caring and committed team at a children’s residential home in Tiptree, Essex.

About the Role:

As a Children\’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You’ll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.

Rota:

* 3 x 15-hour shifts per week

* Shift time: 7:30am – 10:30pm

* Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work-life balance

Key Responsibilities:

* Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for young people

* Supporting children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing

* Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour

* Recording accurate logs, reports, and contributing to care planning

* Collaborating with your team and professionals to ensure high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)

* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

* Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations

* Strong communication, teamwork, xiskglj and organisational skills

* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
